About you/The performance: The idea came about from an idea I have been wanting to work with for some time now. It was the idea to work with counterweighting rope and rope 1 to 1. The piece entitled poise explores the relationship of finding balance within a system and the consequences of changes in equilibrium. Goal of residency: The goal was to simply research the system and discover the different possibilities with the system. We found different uses and created material that then was documented to use as material to apply for further residencies and funding to support the project.

About the Circus Kapel: The space is very well equipped, there are good facilities leaving space to focus on the most important aspect, the residency itself. Its situated in a very nice quiet area of Den Bosch, giving space to avoid outside distractions.
